Will this slow down my site?
Client Calm is built with native WordPress PHP, not bloated JavaScript frameworks. It is designed to stay lightweight on your site's frontend and backend. By hiding unnecessary admin elements, the dashboard may feel faster.
Does it work with Elementor, Divi, Bricks, or Oxygen?
Client Calm is designed to work with major page builders including Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Oxygen, and Beaver Builder. It cleans up the WordPress Admin Dashboard (the backend), which generally works independently of your theme or builder.
What if I have custom user roles?
Client Calm works with custom user roles. The role-based access controls recognize WordPress roles, including those created by membership plugins, WooCommerce, or custom code. You can configure visibility settings for each role individually.
Can I use this on existing sites?
Client Calm can be activated on existing WordPress sites. There's no special setup process – activate the plugin, then review and customize settings as needed. The defaults are designed to work well out-of-the-box.
What happens if I stop paying?
The plugin will continue to work with all the features you've configured, but you will lose access to updates, security patches, and premium support. We recommend keeping your subscription active for ongoing security and compatibility with new WordPress versions.

What's included in priority support?

Can I customize the Client User Role capabilities?
Yes. While the Client User Role comes pre-configured with sensible restrictions, you can customize it using WordPress's standard capabilities API. Advanced users can add or remove capabilities to fit their needs. For many agencies, the defaults work well.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial on paid plans so you can test the Pro features before your paid subscription begins. Because the trial is available before purchase, we do not offer general refunds after the trial ends, except where required by law or for billing errors.
